Does my pet need to fast before the blood test?
For some panels (e.g. liver and kidney function) we recommend fasting 8–12 hours beforehand; water is fine. When you book, we'll explain exactly what's needed for the test you choose.
Is the blood draw stressful? How long does it take?
The draw takes just a few minutes and is handled by experienced staff — gentle and quick. Most pets are very cooperative, and you're welcome to stay with them throughout to keep them calm.
Are results really available the same day?
Most rapid tests (CBC, liver/kidney function, etc.) are ready on the spot in about 15–30 minutes, and our staff explain the report to you right away. A few specialised tests may take longer — we'll let you know in advance.
How is pricing calculated? Are there extra consultation fees?
